1. About The Grace Table
The Grace Table is a registered Cottage Food Operation (CFO) in the state of California. We are a Christ-centered home-based micro bakery and gathering ministry, offering homemade sourdough, artisan items, and Christ-centered events that foster biblical literacy and community. All products are prepared in our private home kitchen in full compliance with California’s Cottage Food laws.
2. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you agree to:
• Not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
• Not interfere with the website’s functionality
• Not engage in any unlawful or harmful activity while using the site
3. Orders & Payments
• All baked goods are made to order and must be paid in full at checkout.
• The Grace Table reserves the right to cancel or decline any order.
• Custom or large orders may require a 50% deposit.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, recipes, branding, and educational resources—is the property of Grace Table Incorporated and may not be used without written consent.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links may be affiliate-based. We only recommend products we trust and personally use. Clicking an affiliate link may result in a small commission at no cost to you.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of San Bernardino, California.
7. Pickup & Delivery Policies
The Grace Table operates under California Cottage Food Operation laws, which allow direct sales of cottage food products throughout the state.
• Pickup details are provided via text, email or direct messages on social media.
• We are not responsible for goods left unclaimed after the agreed pickup time.
• All items are handmade and free from preservatives—please store them properly after pickup.
• If you prefer to have your bread delivered and live within 40 miles of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, the following delivery fees apply:
$8 for delivery within 20 miles
$16 for delivery within 21–40 miles
Please indicate your preference for pickup or delivery in the notes at checkout.
Important:
A minimum order of 3 loaves is required for delivery to addresses 21–40 miles from Rancho Cucamonga. You’re welcome to mix and match loaf types, but your cart must contain at least 3 loaves at checkout to qualify for delivery to these areas.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Orders or event reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
• Refunds are not available once baking has begun or supplies have been purchased.
• For events: late cancellations (under 72 hours) will forfeit the full amount.
• You may transfer your event reservation to another guest with prior notice.
3. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy.
We collect:
• Name, email, phone number for orders or RSVPs
• Pickup preferences or delivery instructions (where allowed)
• Newsletter signup info (with the option to unsubscribe)
We do not:
• Sell, rent, or share your information
• Store your payment information—transactions are processed securely through platforms like Stripe, Square or PayPal
4. Photo & Media Release
By attending any Grace Table Incorporated event or workshop, you grant permission to use photos or videos of you for promotional or ministry purposes. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, let us know when you arrive, and we’ll honor your request.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Grace Table Incorporated is not responsible for:
• Reactions to ingredients (please review any listed allergens or ask questions)
• Misuse or mishandling of products after pickup
• Circumstances beyond our control, including weather-related delays or unforeseen event changes
